Asif Mubeen, CEO of Premium Consultancy Services Private Ltd and CEO of UAE based Consultancy services, is a Fellow member of ICAP (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan), a Fellow member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK), a Fellow member of PIPFA (Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants) and an Associate member of Association of Auditors and Accountants of UAE (UAE CA). He has over 22 years’ professional experience in Pakistan and UAE. He served for 8 years at Deloitte, where he worked both in Assurance services and Financial Advisory services with emphasis on Due Diligence of big sized companies and corporations, valuation of companies, Mergers and Acquisitions, Feasibility studies, Projections and IPO etc. He also worked as Vice President in a Commercial Islamic Bank in Investment Banking Division. In addition, he served as a Company Secretary and Head of Accounts and Finance for a public listed company. He served as Group Chief Financial Officer for almost 9 years for a power sector multinational company based in UAE having operations and offices in various countries including in India, Turkey, Afghanistan, US and UAE. Asif is also leading an Accounting Consulting company at UAE.
